File Orientation
When printing double-sided products such as business cards, we employ a method known as "head-to-head," where the top of both sides is aligned.
If you submit your "head-to-toe", please be aware that the backside will be printed upside down.
Files provided "head-to-head" will be printed correctly.
When you send us a print file with one vertical side, we rotate it 90° to the left. Please ensure it's oriented correctly, as failure to do so will result in an upside-down print.
If you design your print file vertically as a "head-to-head" file, you can submit it that way and we will rotate the pages correctly before printing.
If you choose to flip them yourself before uploading the files, please make sure to flip them as the below image shows to assure they are printed correctly.
