At Impossible Printing, we take great care to produce high-quality custom printing at affordable prices with fast turnaround.

If we make an error in production, we will work with you to make it right. That includes issues such as print size errors, cutting problems, material damage, image shift, and other verified production defects caused by us.

What is not covered

Some situations are outside of our control and are not covered under our guarantee, including:

  • Shipping delays caused by the courier, including weather or mechanical failure
  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in customer-submitted content
  • Low-resolution images uploaded or provided by the customer
  • Customer design errors, file submission errors, or duplicate orders
  • Color variance caused by RGB monitor previews
  • Errors in customer-selected options such as paper, color, size, or quantity

Helpful note before placing a large order: We recommend ordering a free sample pack first so you know what to expect from the finished product.

We do not match other companies’ materials. For example, banners printed on our stock may be thicker and more durable than banners from drugstores or pack-and-mail stores.

Color variation: Standard online orders are printed within normal industry color tolerance. If color accuracy is especially important, ask us about a custom quote for Pantone color-matched printing.

Proof review: Please review your online proof carefully before submitting your order. Orders placed through our online designer and online templates typically move directly into production, and customer-approved file issues remain the customer’s responsibility.

Printing and shipping times: Many of our products are available as fast as tomorrow, but delivery timing can still be affected by shipping carrier delays, rural delivery areas, weather, and incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Backdrop Banner Note: Due to the nature of one-time events, Backdrop Banners are non-refundable, but they are still covered by our QC review process.
