Return & Reprint Policy

At Impossible Printing, we stand behind every order we produce.

Because all products are custom printed, we do not accept traditional returns—but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Report Issues Within 5 Days

Please review your order as soon as it arrives.

If there is an issue, notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can quickly resolve it.

Reply to your order confirmation email or call us at 833.993.0304 to report any issue.

If There’s a Problem, We Fix It

If your order has a manufacturing defect or production error, we will:

  • Reprint your order at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Our goal is simple: get you a product you’re happy with.

What Qualifies for a Refund or Reprint

We cover issues caused by us, including:

  • Incorrect sizing or trimming
  • Print defects or image shift
  • Material defects or damage
  • Production errors

What Is Not Covered

Because your products are custom-made, refunds or reprints are not available for:

  • Customer-submitted file errors (typos, low resolution, design issues)
  • Color variations within standard industry tolerance
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses
  • Orders where proofs were approved and printed as submitted
Important: Do Not Discard Your Order

If there is an issue with your banner or packaging, please do not throw anything away.

Do not dispose of the banner, packaging, or any materials until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.

We may require photos or additional information, and in some cases, the product may need to be returned as part of the resolution process.

Returns

In most cases, you will not need to return your order. If we do need your item returned we will provide a free shipping label. We may request photos or additional details to review the issue.
